A: Make sure you choose the correct domain from the drop down box (TXSTATE for TxState students, faculty and staff). TxState students, faculty and staff can login using their netID (eg. TN1234).

A:  You may not have enough credits (purchase more from the vending machine) or you are trying to print more than 20 pages at a time. Check the printing policy  HERE.

You may be trying to print too many pages at a time.  All accounts are limited to 25 pages at once: breakup the print job into multiple jobs.
