Student Technology Support

The Campus Technology Center student support team provides technology support to students at the RRC and is made up of RRC staff members and Lab Techs.

Lab Techs are student workers employed by the RRC-CTC to provide technical assistance to students in the computer labs, computer lounges and the Campus Technology Center office. Lab Techs receive training from the CTC staff and have an understanding of the equipment and standard software found in the computer labs and computer lounges.

 

The student support team provides support for the hardware and software in the computerized areas, computer labs, computer lounges and the CTC office. Wireless access support is also available in the CTC office, Room 304.
