PaperCut Client installation DOWNLOAD PaperCut NG Client

• Double click on the PaperCut link and select save the client.zip file to your computer either onto your desktop or into a folder you can find.
• On the client.zip file, choose “Extract all files” and the compressed “client” will decompress into a folder called “client” located in the same folder that you saved the compressed file.
• Open the “client” folder and Run the “client-local-install” file.
• The PaperCut NG Client Setup Wizard will now run.
• After PaperCut is installed on your laptop, it will ask you authenticate. Enter your Texas State username as txstate\"user name" and password and click “Login.”

Adding a Printer Windows 7

From the "Devices and Printers"  management tab

• Add a printer
• Add a network, wireless or bluetooth printer
• select: "The printer I want isn't listed"
• under "Select a shared printer by name" type \\rrhec-prtsrv-01\Lounge 302 Black Copier
• when asked "do you trust this printer?" click install driver
